Intensive Playgroup
Intensive Playgroup is an opportunity for parents and or carers of pre-school aged children (0-5 years) to participate in a Playgroup. This is a program for families who are affected by alcohol or other drug use. It is facilitated by staff who have training in alcohol and other drug treatment and/or childcare.
 
 
ARC
The Action-based Recovery Course.
Family Drug Help runs a six week educational course to provide you with knowledge and skills to better understand the complexities of addiction. It explores ways of improving your relationships, offers simple strategies for coping with anxiety and depression and helps you plan a positive future.
 
 
Family and Friends Support Group

This group is offered to all family and friends of individuals who are experiencing problematic substance use. It is run the last Wednesday of the month from 6.30 until 8.00pm. Pizza available.

 

Peer Support Group
A weekly group for people seeking support in achieving their recovery goals.  The group is facilitated by people who have used ReGen's services. It is run every Thursday (6.00-7.30pm) at our Coburg site. Pizza is available.
 

 

Momentum Post Program Support Group
The Catalyst program offers a support group for participants who have completed the program. This group is intended to provide ongoing support for as long as the client needs.
The group is held every Wednesday night from 6.00 – 8.00 pm.
Prior to the group session, clients are given a reminder notice via text. Participants can come and go for the as long as the group is of benefit to them. The group allows client to discuss issues that come up for them from session to session as well as the opportunity to review and apply coping skills and tools that they have learned in the program.
