Momentum Post Program Support Group
The Catalyst program offers a support group for participants who have completed the program. This group is intended to provide ongoing support for as long as the client needs.
The group is held every Wednesday night from 6.00 – 8.00 pm.
Prior to the group session, clients are given a reminder notice via text. Participants can come and go for the as long as the group is of benefit to them. The group allows client to discuss issues that come up for them from session to session as well as the opportunity to review and apply coping skills and tools that they have learned in the program.
