Consumer Feedback

ReGen receives a lot of great feedback from the people who use our services.  Our consumer feedback form provides people with the opportunity to assess how we live up to the principles set out in our Client Charter.

We regularly report back to our consumers on what action we have taken as a result of the suggestions  we have received, or how we are working to resolve identified problems.  These reports are made available in the waiting area at our Coburg site. See below for the full list of reports.

Our report on how we've responded to feedback from people who used our services in June and July includes the impacts of building works at our Curran Place residential withdrawal service related to the establishment of our new Mother and Baby withdrawal unit. It also includes the first two complaints we have received about the recent change to make Curran Place a tobacco-free site and a summary of positive comments about our programs and the support our staff provide (particularly at our Williams House youth residential service).

Our report on how we've responded to feedback from people who used our services in May is now available.  It includes actions on improving the physical environment at our adult residential withdrawal servic and the impact of the current construction works for our new Mother and Baby withdrawal unit. Some feedback from our youth residential withdrawal service was not received in time for this report and will be included in next month's report.

This month's report includes our responses to feedback from people using our adult and youth residential withdrawal services. It also includes positive comments on activities within the withdrwal units, support from Non-Residential Withdrawal staff and the value of exercise within our programs.

This month's report on how we've responded to feedback from people who used our services in April is now available. It includes actions on improving our residential withdrawal services and a sample of positive comments about staff and programs across the organisation.

Our report includes feedback on the physical infrastructure at our adult residential withdrawal services and the activities program at our youth service.  It also includes positive feedback on the activities at both services, people's sense of connection wtih our services and their desire to 'give something back'.
