Have you been affected by another's alcohol or other drug use? Have you used any of our services (or those delivered by our North and West Metro AOD Services partners)?

If so, we would love to hear from you.

By completing an anonymous online survey about your experiences, your responses will help us:

  • Improve our first contact processes, making sure that these are tailored to your age, cultural background, sexual orientation and gender;
  • Tailor the information we provide to you; &
  • Ensure that the services we provide are relevant to your needs.

If you are interested in helping to shape how these services are delivered, please complete the online survey.

The Victorian Department of Health and Human Services is undertaking a review of the recent changes that have been made to AOD and Mental Health Community Support Services.

The Department has commissioned aspex consulting to conduct an independent consultation with people who have used the new services and those providing them.

If you would like to provide anonymous feedback on your experience with these services (including our services) or the impact of the sector reforms, the aspex consulting survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Alternatively, the Association of Participating Service Users is also collecting feedback from individuals and family members on the new services.  See the APSU website for details.

Due to renovation works linked to the construction of our Mother and Baby unit, Curran Place will be closed for eight weeks from July 4, 2016. The unit will reopen in September. During the temporary closure, the process for people seeking residential withdrawal will be the same, but they will be referred to alternative services. ReGen, the Department of Health and Human Services and other treatment services have been working to ensure that no one seeking treatment will be denied treatment due to the temporary closure of Curran Place.

For more information, see our updates for:

The Victorian Department of Health and Human Services has also issued a factsheet on the alternative arrangements involving other withdrawal services that will be in place during the temporary closure of Curran Place.
