How to access treatment programs and services at ReGen

You can contact us (telephone 9386 2876 from 9:00am to 3:00pm) and ask for the Triage Worker.

The Triage Worker will assist you to consider appropriate treatment options and provide information on how to access those services.

What services do we offer?

Withdrawal Services

We provide a range of services to assist people to withdraw from alcohol and other drugs. The triage worker will help you to decide whether residential or outpatient withdrawal would be the best service for you.

Residential Withdrawal Services are provided for people residing anywhere in Victoria.
Non-residential Services are provided for people living in the Northern area of the North-West Metropolitan Region

We provide a range of adult and youth services for individuals, their families and friends, in order to assist with problems associated with alcohol and other drug use or dual diagnosis.

 Rehabiliation - Alcohol

At our Coburg site we run an evidence-based 6-week non-residential post-withdrawal treatment program called Catalyst.
This program is for people whose primary drug use was alcohol.

 Groups for clients and families

We provide a number of group programs for clients and their families including

  • Keeping Going – for clients who have completed withdrawal
  • Momentum for clients who have complete the rehabiliation program
  • Intensive Playgroup (for 0-5 year olds)
